The aim of the GenPSE project is to develop an ecosystem for the decentralised management and utilisation of genomic, physiological and health data. The project addresses the approaches of acquiring, storing, utilising, interpreting and sharing of genomic, physiological and health data. The project solves the key issues related to the treatment of data that, due to its sensitivity, could not be systematically collected and used so far.
The operation is conducted as part of the Priority Area: 1.2 "Strengthening enterprise investment in research and innovation and encouraging integrations and synergies between companies, research and development centers and the educational sector."

Awake 2.0 aims to develop a cohesive ecosystem for capturing clinical and environmental data, storing data sets in the cloud and displaying them in the context of augmented reality. The project addresses the methods of clinical and non-clinical data capture (ECG or environmental data), the establishment or upgrading of secure cloud information storage protocols and the distribution of relevant information to target users with the support of devices capable of rendering augmented reality environments. The project solves the issues related to the polymorphism and interpretation of patient-related data, the appropriateness of data storage and availability in the cloud, and the multidimensionality of the data distribution in the context of augmented reality.
